Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not happy, we are not happy. We know selecting the right product can be difficult. If you receive your order and are unsatisfied with the product, you may contact us within 30 days to exchange it for another item or receive store credit. All returns must be in the original packaging, unopened and have a Return Authorization RMA. Please note, all wearables, lingerie and lubricants cannot be returned.
If you have received a defective item, we will replace it within 30 days of it being received. Please contact our customer service department, and they can help expedite your submission and process a replacement. An RMA is required. If it is outside of the 30 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to request for a replacement. We will provide proof of purchase if necessary.
Incorrect Item Shipped
If we have made a mistake and shipped to you, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA#).
