If you’re not happy, we are not happy. We know selecting the right product can be difficult. If you receive your order and are unsatisfied with the product, you must contact us within 30 days to exchange it for another item or receive store credit. All returns must be in the original packaging, unopened, and the health seal has not been broken. Contact us a Return Authorization RMA. Customer is responsible for return shipping. All wearables, lingerie and lubricants cannot be returned
Defective Products
If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department; they can help expedite your submission and process of replacement through the manufacturer's warranty. You can also go directly to the manufacturer and submit your request for a replacement.
Incorrect Item Shipped
If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know so we can replace it. However, before returning any item to us within 30 days of purchase to start the exchange process, please obtain a return authorization number (RMA#).

REFUND POLICY
All orders are eligible for a full refund prior to shipping, no questions asked. To initiate a pre-shipping refund, email us at admin@melroseurbanfemale.com, or reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Receiving a refund when you are returning an item is subject to your Return Authorization terms. In general, you will receive a full refund for the item itself, but not for the shipping amount. This is not a guarantee - details depend on your specific situation. You may be charged a restocking fee - if so, we will confirm with you before finalizing the return.
