It really does go up and down!

When I read about this, I thought I had to give it try. It's not that expensive -- worth a shot. True to its claim, it goes go up and down and I found it very enjoyable. Not a rapid up and down, but a consistent one. It's not the quietest, but everything has a trade off when to comes to these things. Men can also be noisy, too. And a lot more messy. I give it a thumbs up.
